株式会社AG Techniks(以下「当社」といいます)は、当社が提供する
CADドキュメント検索サービス「hmc EXPLORER」(以下「本サービス」
といいます)における、利用者の個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下の
とおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます)を定めます。
1. 収集する情報
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。

なお、本サービスの中核機能である「CADドキュメント(.hmcファイル)の検索」自体は、
お客様のPC上で動作する「hmc EXPLORER Helper」が処理するものであり、
CADファイルの中身が当社のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。
2. クレジットカード情報について
お支払いには、決済代行会社であるStripe, Inc.(以下「Stripe」といいます)の
決済システムを利用しています。クレジットカード番号等の情報は、Stripeの
システム上で直接処理され、当社のサーバーに保存・通過することはありません。
Stripeにおける情報の取り扱いについては、Stripeのプライバシーポリシーを
ご参照ください。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスのアカウント作成・認証・ログイン状態の維持のため
- お支払い処理、請求書の発行、契約状況の管理のため
- お問い合わせ・バグ報告への対応のため
- 本サービスに関する重要なお知らせ(メンテナンス、規約改定等)の通知のため
- 不正利用の検知・防止のため
- 本サービスの改善・新機能の検討のための統計的な分析のため(個人を特定しない形に加工した上で利用します)
4. 第三者提供・業務委託先
当社は、以下の場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 利用者の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の外部サービスに情報の取り扱いを委託しています。

5. 安全管理措置
- パスワードは、ハッシュ化(不可逆な暗号化処理)した状態で保存しており、平文では保存していません。
- 通信は、SSL/TLSによって暗号化されています。
- ログインには、メールアドレスの実在確認・不審なログイン試行の制限等の対策を講じています。
- アカウントの認証情報(セッショントークン)は、お使いのブラウザのlocalStorage内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーとの通信時にのみ送信されます。
6. 保有期間
個人情報は、利用契約が継続している間、および本ポリシーに定める利用目的の
達成に必要な期間保有します。退会(アカウント削除)いただいた場合、
合理的な期間内に削除いたします。
7. 開示・訂正・利用停止・削除等の請求
利用者は、当社の保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、
削除等を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、本サービスのダッシュボード
から直接削除いただくか、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。
8. Cookie・ブラウザストレージの利用について
本サービスは、ログイン状態を維持するために、お使いのブラウザの
localStorage(ローカルストレージ)を利用しています。これは広告目的の
トラッキングを行うものではなく、本サービスの動作に必要な最小限の
利用に限られます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも
本ポリシーを変更することができるものとします。変更後の本ポリシーは、
本サービス上に掲載した時点より効力を生じるものとします。

AG Techniks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") establishes the following
Privacy Policy (hereinafter this "Policy") regarding the handling of Users'
personal information in the CAD document search service "hmc EXPLORER"
(hereinafter the "Service") provided by the Company.
1. Information Collected
In providing the Service, the Company acquires the following information.

Note that the core function of the Service, "searching CAD documents (.hmc files)", is itself
processed by "hmc EXPLORER Helper", which runs on your PC, and
the contents of CAD files are never sent to or stored on the Company's servers.
2. Credit Card Information
For payments, the Company uses the payment system of Stripe, Inc.
(hereinafter "Stripe"), a payment processing company. Information such as
credit card numbers is processed directly on Stripe's systems and is never
stored on, and never passes through, the Company's servers.
For the handling of information by Stripe, please refer to Stripe's
privacy policy.
3. Purposes of Use
The acquired information is used for the following purposes.
- For creating accounts for the Service, authentication, and maintaining the logged-in state
- For payment processing, issuance of invoices, and management of contract status
- For responding to inquiries and bug reports
- For notification of important notices concerning the Service (maintenance, revision of terms, etc.)
- For detecting and preventing unauthorized use
- For statistical analysis for the purpose of improving the Service and considering new features (used after being processed into a form that does not identify individuals)
4. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing Contractors
The Company does not provide acquired personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.
- Where the User has consented
- Where it is based on laws and regulations
- Where it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of a person
In providing the Service, the Company entrusts the handling of information to the following external services.

5. Security Control Measures
- Passwords are stored in a hashed state (irreversible encryption processing) and are not stored in plain text.
- Communications are encrypted by SSL/TLS.
- For login, measures are taken such as confirming the actual existence of the e-mail address and restricting suspicious login attempts.
- Account authentication information (session token) is stored only in the localStorage of your browser, and is transmitted only when communicating with the Company's servers.
6. Retention Period
Personal information is retained while the contract for use continues, and
for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in this
Policy. If you withdraw (delete your account), it will be deleted within
a reasonable period.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, Deletion, etc.
Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion and
the like of their own personal information held by the Company. If you wish
to do so, please delete it directly from the dashboard of the Service, or
contact the contact point below.
8. Use of Cookies and Browser Storage
The Service uses the localStorage (local storage) of your browser in order
to maintain the logged-in state. This does not perform tracking for
advertising purposes, and is limited to the minimum use necessary for the
operation of the Service.
9. Changes to this Policy
The Company may change this Policy at any time without notice to Users
when it determines it necessary. The changed Policy shall take effect
from the time it is posted on the Service.
